Ms. McKellar graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2006. After graduation she was an intern for the Honorable Nancy Oesterle in Las Vegas Justice Court Department 6. Soon after completing her internship for the Judge, Ms. McKellar devoted her entire practice exclusively to the area of Family Law by accepting a position at Willick Law Group, where she remained until 2009. After ending her employ at The Willick Law Group, Ms. McKellar accepted a position at The Dickerson Law Group again practicing in exclusively the area of Family Law, until finally starting her own practice in 2011, Mckellar Family Law, 702-816-5200. Ms. McKellar is also a former member of the State Bar of Nevada Standing Committee of Professional Responsibility and Ethics, A participant in the Truancy Diversion Program, a current member of the State Bar of Nevada Publications Committe, a current member of the State Bar of Nevada Discipline board, has various published various articles in the Nevada Lawyer and the Clark County Bar Associations Communique.
Ms. McKellar knows that your legal issues (whatever this may be) is important to you and is willing to offer you solid advice as to you rights and responsibilities when it comes to you legal issue.

ALYSSA M. AKLESTAD, ESQ.
Alyssa was born and raised in Montana. She recieved her undergraduate degree from Gonzaga University in 2010. She then recieved her law degree from Temple University in Philadelphia in 2013. Upon finishing her law degree she relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada where she immediately started working for the Clark County public defenders office. After her clerkship she was appointed as an Assistant District Attorney with the Family Welfare Division focusing primarily on termination of parental rights cases. Alyssa has a vast amount of experiance in all matters pertaining to criminal and family law. When she isn't busy at the office, or in the courtroom, she is playing kickball with her friends, going to concerts, and enjoying life to its fullest.
